TIGER ANGLERS : 13 State Titles so far ( redfish 7, bass 6 )

Club for student anglers who would live in the Horry County District area zoned to eventually attend Conway High.

Club membership is open to any and all students registered in any type of school such as public, private or home. We do not go through the school district since we do not receive funding or excused days off for pre-fishing a state tournament.

Club meets 3 times in the fall and spring before fishing huddles provided by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. We will meet before the huddle at 1:30 so please be on time so we can conclude before the huddle begins at 2:00. Attendance is expected.

Club members with boats join SALTT for a secondary liability coverage to fish local SALTT tournaments for redfish or bass.

Club members with boats fishing at a state tournament join TBF and/or BASS for a secondary liability coverage.

Club members are expected to participate in community service for fishing seminars, events, school and rodeos. Many of our members have developed their own programs for community service.

SUMMER

July 23 at Cherry Hill Baptist Church Vacation Bible School Fishing Seminar
530-8 pm the Tiger Anglers will be teaching fishing skills to 50 plus youth

July 30 and Aug 6 in Bucksport at the James R Frazier Community Center Fishing Seminar
10am to noon the Tiger Anglers will be teaching fishing skills with groups of 8 kids

Open Houses : TBA where anglers attend middle & elementary school to promote our club

Skill Seminars : Sept 5 at MIFC, Oct 10 at Inlet Rocks : both events 9-11 am

FCA Bass Huddles : Aug 16, Sept 13, Oct 18 from 1:30-3 pm with speaker, snacks and prizes

SALTT Tournaments : Georgetown weigh ins, Virtual Inches

SPRING

State Tournaments : February in Clemson and March at Santee
