Community Service sponsored by CCA
-Community Service is important because it is our way to "Give Back" beginning June 2025 and ends in May 2026
-IF you log 4 hours before the season begins, you do NOT have to pay the $40 annual membership fee !!!!
-SC Coastal Conservation Association sponsors this endeavor to encourage our youth to be kind and show love.
-Community Service is any event that you do for free to help someone else without pay.
-Summer 25 Free Adventures ( see tab to the left to help Coach )
-Piers in Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach Wednesday from 10-2
-Skills and Dock Fishing in Murrells Inlet Thursday & Saturday from 9-11
-Community Service can be documented below and submitted to the director
-We will give an award worth at least $250 for the student angler with the most community service
-Georgetown = 1 redfish and 1 bass angler
-Lowcountry = 1 redfish angler
-Pee Dee = 1 bass angler
*all divisions ( elementary, middle and high ) have equal opportunity so aged doesn't make a difference
*if a location does not produce any community service, that funding will be divided among the ones who did
-Rewards
-the top 5 student anglers based on hours will be drawn from a hat to determine the winner
-minimum of 5 hours to be eligible
-remember that your motivation and the purpose of community service is to give without expecting anything in return.
