Long term goal of Inches Tourneys is to grow new areas to eventually hold BOAT weigh in tourneys in those areas.

So yes, you can fish Lake Marion and Lake Moultrie or a river but NO PONDS or private water.
Redfish Lowcountry Inches Tourneys in the following counties : Charleston, Berkeley, Colleton, Beaufort and Jasper County so you must launch from a public landing in one of these counties to participate.

Series of 4 Events for a final Top 3 in each division based on the Best 10 fish over 3 months so this is NOT a one day event.
Series in the Fall and Spring.
Good news is that you can fish one day and actually have a shot at placing in the Top 3 in your division. You can go back again and again to improve your numbers. It is the type of tourney if you only fish a couple of the events, you have a chance to win "or" at least get a goody bag at the end of the season with some fishing items from our partners.
-Everyone on the boat must be registered for the 25-26 season to participate and once you register for SALTT, you are good for the season and good for all events. Nothing else to do but RSVP the Sunday before an event with the director.
-Only the fish caught by the student anglers ON A BOAT can be submitted.
-Adults can fish but only submit fish caught by the student anglers.
-Allows teams to have a virtual check in at any public boat ramp.
-In this event, there is no weigh in, we score by the inches over a series of 4 events.
-It is an individual tourney so members are competing against each other.
-The day before, you will be given a code word which will be a Bible verse for your index card. Boat captains are encouraged to discuss the Bible verse with the student anglers, but it is not mandatory.
